Drupal/Ubercart/Marketplace/Organic Groups, community site for MTB/BMX in Japan
Running on the Open Source Pantheon/Mercury stack.

Challenges/Highlights: 

The challenge of combining Media, E-Commerce, and community Management in both English and Japanese, and having it all scale. Server development is a continuous issue that is still under beta.
